2011-12 REGISTRATION SCHEDULE
Classes begin August 18, 2011 and we are looking forward to another great year! Registration for all attendance centers is being held at the High School.
Monday, August 1, 2011, 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (All Grades)
Tuesday, August 2, 2011, 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (All Grades)
Mrs. Carson, MAC OJT-Voc Ed Director, will be available both days from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. MAC students are to register the same day as their classmates.
Registration forms will be mailed to households within the District or for those who did not have students in our system last year, forms can be picked up at the District’s Central Administrative Office or at the High School on the day of registration. Please complete all required forms and bring them with you to registration. For all student information forms, please complete a separate form for each student. Please do not complete the “Office Use Only” sections and please do not tear receipt forms apart. There will be a table set up for making payments and you may write one check for all fees per family.
Home School/Dual Enrollment Information: Parents wishing to home school or dual enroll their child(ren) need to submit a notification form for each child, between ages of 6 and 16, by August 26, 2011 with the resident district.
Open Enrollment Information: Deadline date for application of open enrollment for the 2011-12 school year was March 1, 2011. An exception to this requirement is for kindergarten students; they have until September 1, 2011 to make application. Parents that move out of the district after the conclusion of the 2010-11 school term and wish to keep a pupil in this district with no interruption in the education program should fill out an application as soon as possible after the move, or no later than September 1st.
